About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering service plans and financing options, and contributing to individual and team sales goals. The Key Sales Associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills for career growth, and promotes advancement from within.

Requirements

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.

• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
