About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience and help customers celebrate and express themselves. The role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals and may assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within. Applicants should bring a commitment to excellence, a desire to grow, and the ability to provide a superior customer experience. The listed one year of sales, retail, or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
