About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to provide an outstanding customer experience and help customers celebrate life and express themselves. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within. The role is based at Newburgh Mall in Newburgh, New York. Listed pay is $16.00–$17.30 plus sales commission; the final rate depends on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
