About The Position

The Sales Associate provides friendly, genuine, and professional customer service, putting customers first and making shopping engaging and interactive. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly, genuine manner and create a welcoming environment that meets their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions, use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations, and actively sell.
• Support visual merchandising and replenishment standards to maintain a neat, tidy, shoppable, and inviting store.
• Promote and leverage campaigns and services, including new item launches, promotions, membership, and ship-to-home.
• Use training and communication tools to build knowledge of products and services and support a great customer experience.
• Protect company assets by following inventory and loss-prevention standards and properly completing inventories and initiatives.
• Work on the selling floor, performing physical activities such as prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, and climbing.
• Accept responsibility and complete assignments correctly and with care.
• Support company goals and initiatives and work collaboratively with the team.
