The Stylist acts as a trusted advisor, fit expert, and brand ambassador, bringing the “#RUOBSESSED?” Selling Program to life through curiosity, product education, and personalized recommendations. The role helps customers find products suited to their lifestyles and everyday needs, creates experiences through the “Step Into Style” approach, and supports store sales and goals.

Responsibilities

Achieve personal sales and key performance goals, driving revenue through exceptional service, relationship building, and personalized recommendations.
Use Cole Haan’s “#RUOBSESSED?” Selling Program to identify customer needs, build connections, and provide personalized solutions.
Assist the leadership team with store initiatives that support profitability and business objectives.
Represent the brand by meeting Cole Haan’s standards for appearance, professionalism, and customer engagement.
Guide customers through the “Step Into Style” experience with personalized recommendations across product categories and head-to-toe solutions.
Address customer concerns, overcome objections, and recommend products that fit customer preferences and needs.
Stay informed about seasonal collections, product innovations, product features, and fashion trends, and share relevant information with customers.
Uphold Cole Haan values by putting customers first, acting with integrity, collaborating with teammates, and delivering confidence-inspiring experiences.
Use fit expertise, product knowledge, and styling acumen to meet customers’ lifestyle and wardrobe needs.
Build lasting customer relationships through authentic engagement and follow-up to encourage loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
Follow company policies and procedures and notify management of infractions.
Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused team environment.
Follow operational, loss prevention, health, and safety procedures.
Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations and the Cole Haan brand experience.
Support store operations by receiving and processing shipments and replenishing the sales floor.
Support Enterprise Order Management (EOM) omnichannel processing.
Complete housekeeping tasks.
