About The Position

Drybar is a blow-dry bar focused exclusively on blowouts. The Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative creates an exceptional experience for every guest and serves as a welcoming point of contact. The role supports check-in, appointment management, retail recommendations, membership promotion, and smooth front-desk operations in a fast-paced salon environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, such as retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional, personalized customer service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Comfort working at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional, positive demeanor, including under pressure.
• Basic technical proficiency and ability to learn and operate POS and booking systems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods during shifts lasting 6–8 hours.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is strongly preferred.
• Previous salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required.
