About The Position

Drybar is hiring a front desk team member, referred to as a Bartender, to provide a welcoming and memorable guest experience at its blowout-focused salon. The role combines hospitality, customer service, scheduling, and shop support. Bartenders are expected to create a positive first impression, help guests feel cared for, and keep the shop running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves greeting guests, managing reservations and phone calls, updating guest profiles, resolving scheduling challenges, supporting stylists, and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the shop. The position requires weekend availability and the ability to stand and walk throughout a 6–8 hour shift. Requirements

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine interest in working with people.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay positive and professional during busy periods.
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout a 6–8 hour shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability and reliability.
• Dependable, coachable, hardworking, and excited to create positive guest experiences.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with POS systems.
• Salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional guest experience from check-in through check-out.
• Welcome guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
• Build relationships that encourage first-time guests to become regular customers.
• Manage reservations, answer phones, update guest profiles, and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Support stylists to help the day flow efficiently behind the scenes.
