About The Position

Drybar is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Bartender to create a welcoming guest experience at the front desk. Drybar focuses exclusively on blowouts, and Bartenders help guests feel confident and cared for from arrival through checkout. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a fast-paced team environment. Weekend availability is required, and reliability is essential.

The position includes paid training and ongoing development, flexible scheduling, complimentary blowouts, product and styling-tool discounts, and a lively shop culture. Compensation is described as $14–$24+ per hour, including hourly pay and membership commissions. The dress code is polished but comfortable, with black, white, grey, yellow, and denim.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine interest in working with people.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain positive and professional during busy periods.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout a 6–8 hour shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability.
• Dependability, coachability, a strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for creating positive guest experiences.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with POS systems.
• Salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality experience; this is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Welcome guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
• Build relationships that encourage guests to become returning Drybar customers.
• Manage reservations, answer phones, update guest profiles, and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Support stylists and help the day run efficiently behind the scenes.
• Restock products, organize retail displays, maintain cleanliness, and complete daily side work.
• Assist the team wherever needed.
