About The Position
Join Tilson Homes as a New Home Sales Assistant in Georgetown. You will work alongside the sales team to support customers throughout the homebuilding process, help bring their dream homes to life, and contribute to customer satisfaction. This hourly role pays $20 to $22.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach and passion for the homebuilding industry.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage and welcome potential customers at the Design Center.
- Guide customers and answer questions about customization options.
- Keep the Design Center and models in top condition and represent the business professionally.
- Address and resolve customer concerns respectfully.
- Maintain accurate and current customer information for the sales team.
- Collaborate with various departments to help ensure prompt construction start times for customers.
