About The Position

A pre-insulated piping manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Assistant to work in its Sales Department. The role supports the National Sales Manager and helps coordinate communication between independent sales representatives and the company. It also handles pricing, freight estimates, quotations, order processing, sales records, file maintenance, and follow-up on sales quotations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, with flexibility to adapt to varied work situations and interruptions and to organize work for timely completion.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong prioritization and organization skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of GXD (AS400).
