About The Position

Stylecraft is hiring a Sales Assistant for its new home sales team in Waco, Texas. This in-person role is presented as an entry point into a sales career, with hands-on mentorship and active training intended to help the assistant grow toward becoming a Sales Executive and eventually managing a community. The Sales Assistant is the first point of contact for prospective buyers visiting model homes and helps keep the community and customer experience running smoothly.

Requirements

• Background in retail, hospitality, country clubs, reception, or another customer-experience-focused setting.
• Be organized and punctual.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be willing to work every weekend.

Responsibilities

• Walk prospective buyers through model homes and help them envision the possibilities.
• Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and maintain momentum with customers.
• Keep the model home looking flawless and welcoming each day.
• Participate in active training sessions designed to develop skills for a Sales Executive role.
