About The Position

Clearwater at The Arboretum, a luxury senior living community in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Sales Assistant. The role supports Sales Directors in renting community apartments and managing leads from initial inquiry through admission, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company policies. The Sales Assistant also supports Sales department administration, events, outreach, and community operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Meet health requirements, including tuberculosis screening.
Obtain background clearances as required by government regulations.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
Current First Aid Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist Sales Directors with managing leads, calling and touring prospects, and entering prospect information into the lead management system.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales department, including preparing admission paperwork and community collateral.
Assist Sales Directors with event preparation.
When Sales Directors are absent, attend morning staff meetings as indicated and alert appropriate staff to projected move-ins, move-outs, and community transfers.
Conduct competitive analysis of other area senior living communities.
Prepare collateral for e-blasts, mailings, and community outreach.
Maintain collateral inventory and order materials as needed.
Ensure regulatory compliance and immediately report issues or concerns.
Follow Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Encourage teamwork through open communication with associates.
Maintain a positive, professional image and high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.
Represent Clearwater Living principles and core values daily.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
