About The Position

Clearwater Agritopia, a luxury senior living community in Gilbert, Arizona, is hiring a Sales Assistant. The role supports Sales Directors in renting community apartments and managing prospective residents from initial inquiry through admission, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company policies. The position also provides administrative support, assists with events and community outreach, and helps maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming operation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Background clearances as required by government regulations.
Must meet health requirements, including TB.
Demonstrate a positive and professional image and maintain grooming standards, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
Current First Aid Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist Sales Directors with managing leads, calling and touring prospects, and entering prospect information into the lead management system.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales department, including preparing admission paperwork and community collateral.
Assist Sales Directors with event preparation.
In the Sales Directors’ absence, attend morning staff meetings as indicated and alert appropriate staff to projected move-ins, move-outs, and transfers.
Conduct competitive analysis of other area senior living communities.
Prepare collateral for e-blasts, mailings, and community outreach.
Maintain collateral inventory and order materials as needed.
Ensure regulatory compliance and immediately report issues or concerns.
Follow Clearwater Living standards and regulations to support safe and efficient operations.
Encourage teamwork through open communication with associates.
Maintain a positive, professional image and high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.
Represent Clearwater Living principles and core values in daily work.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
