About The Position

The Sales and Service Advisor is one of the first customer contacts at Kerry's Automotive, part of the Sun Auto Network. The advisor reviews vehicle history, Digital Vehicle Inspection results, and technician findings; explains maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options; prepares estimates, work orders, and invoices; and keeps customers informed about service progress, timing, and costs.
