Sales and Marketing Manager
About The Position
Senior Helpers of Central NC is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts, drive growth, and promote the company’s in-home care services within the community. The role focuses on increasing the client base and revenue, developing relationships with referral sources and community partners, and coordinating marketing and outreach activities. The manager also tracks performance metrics, conducts client assessments and presentations as needed, and manages sales leads and follow-ups. The position requires commuting within the covered territories of Stanly, Rowan, Davie, Davidson, Yadkin, and Forsyth counties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or senior services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness and ability to commute within Stanly, Rowan, Davie, Davidson, Yadkin, and Forsyth counties.
Responsibilities
