About The Position

Provide administrative and marketing support to the Sales and Marketing teams by coordinating marketing initiatives, managing materials, and supporting customer and internal needs. This is an on-site position based in Albuquerque, NM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (PC-based) and Canva required
  • SharePoint experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Team-oriented, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Must be based in Albuquerque, NM

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate weekly realtor tours in partnership with the sales team and realtors
  • Serve as the New Mexico Social Media Ambassador, acting as liaison with the Corporate Social Media team
  • Assist in planning and executing continuing education courses, including scheduling, participant coordination, and material distribution
  • Support graphic design needs, including customer-facing materials (flyers, brochures, postcards) and internal marketing assets
  • Build and maintain databases for direct mail campaigns
  • Manage marketing material fulfillment: Order materials through vendors, Produce in-house materials (flyers, brochures, door hangers, etc.)
  • Support Sales and Escrow teams with marketing material requests
  • Generate invoices for marketing services via PayPal
  • Provide occasional front desk coverage as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
