We’re seeking a Community Sales & Marketing Assistant who will play a key role in helping families find the right senior living solutions while supporting the Sales Consultant and leadership team in achieving occupancy goals. This role involves partnering with the Sales Consultant to engage prospects, follow up on leads, and maintain high occupancy. It also includes coordinating tours, open houses, and community events, building relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners, and guiding families through the move-in process. The assistant will also respond to inquiries, schedule tours, manage deposits and fees, and ensure the community leaves a positive first impression, while collaborating with team members to provide outstanding care and attention.
