This full-time position involves answering new inquiry phone calls, documenting all activity in company systems, and conducting a required number of home visits with prospective residents each week. The role also includes making direct inquiry follow-up calls daily, initiating follow-up contact with prospective residents, and conducting sales tours. Additionally, the assistant will engage in community visits and networking for sales opportunities, schedule appointments for tours and lunches, and complete required reports. Regular communication of sales progress, concerns, and challenges with the Administrator and/or Vice President of Operations is expected. Collaboration with the Administrator to generate ideas and coordinate functions with Dining Services and Life Engagement to attract potential residents and tours is also part of the role. Maintaining knowledge of state regulations in the Health Care System as it pertains to the position is necessary. Evenings and weekends are required, along with other duties as assigned.
