About The Position

OneIMS Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support both marketing and sales executives by managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Your contributions will be integral to ensuring seamless operations and driving the success of our marketing and sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role within marketing or sales.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive mindset and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments effectively.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales activities to ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct market research and compile data to support sales and marketing decisions.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Organize events, conferences, and client meetings as required.
  • Handle correspondence, communication, and follow-ups with clients and partners.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and tracking.
  • Manage administrative tasks to facilitate team productivity.
