About The Position
We are currently hiring an Entry Level Event Marketing & Sales Assistant in Houston for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and grow into leadership opportunities. In this role, you will support live promotional campaigns and represent client brands through in-person events and outreach initiatives. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with a variety of audiences in face-to-face settings
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation within the Houston area
- Availability to start within the next 2–3 weeks preferred

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-person marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
- Represent client brands by engaging directly with customers and business professionals at event locations
- Build and maintain relationships by providing tailored solutions based on client and customer needs
- Support event logistics including setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to execute campaign strategies and outreach efforts
- Track performance metrics and provide feedback to improve campaign effectiveness
- Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and basic client coordination as needed
- Stay informed on products, services, and campaign goals to effectively communicate value
- Contribute ideas to improve engagement and overall campaign success
