About The Position

Crush City Innovations is expanding rapidly in Houston and is looking for motivated individuals to join their Entry Level Event Marketing & Sales Team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive professional training, and work with nationally recognized brands through high-energy live events and campaigns. No prior experience is necessary as the company trains the right candidates from the ground up. The position involves being at the forefront of brand campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers in face-to-face environments
  • Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
  • Reliable transportation to our Houston office and event locations
  • Able to start within 2–4 weeks

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional marketing and sales campaigns
  • Engage and build connections with customers and clientele, providing friendly, informative, and professional interactions
  • Distribute marketing and sales materials and generate new customer interest
  • Collaborate with team members to develop creative campaign strategies
  • Support client relations through follow-ups, scheduling, and data tracking
  • Help coordinate event logistics including setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Track campaign performance and contribute insights for continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
  • Represent National Brands and Crush City Innovations with energy, integrity, and professionalism
