About The Position

This internship offers hands-on experience in event research, planning, coordination, and execution. You’ll work directly with the marketing and club operations teams to bring engaging events to life — from initial research to day-of execution and post-event analysis. If you're passionate about fitness, events, and creating memorable experiences, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Working laptop
• Reliable transportation to our office in Orange, CT
• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
• Interest in fitness, health, and wellness is a big plus
• Flexible schedule for occasional evening or weekend events

Responsibilities

• Research current trends in fitness and community engagement to inspire new ideas
• Analyze past event performance and member feedback to inform future planning
• Assist in brainstorming, scheduling, and preparing event proposals and calendars
• Help with sourcing vendors, sponsors, and community partners
• Coordinate logistics, including working with vendors, signage, staffing, and promotion timelines
• Support communication between corporate marketing and local clubs to ensure alignment
• Participate in on-site event setup, member engagement, and post-event breakdown
• Assist in capturing photo/video content and helping create post-event recaps
