About The Position

Brightmont Academy is seeking a Marketing Intern for Summer 2026. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, campaign support, and marketing operations. The intern will work with the marketing team on real projects, contributing to the company's mission of helping families discover the right educational path for their child. Brightmont Academy is an accredited private school founded in 1999, providing personalized, student-centered education for students in grades 1-12 across 25 campuses nationwide. The marketing team focuses on amplifying the impact of the personalized model, supporting new campus launches, and connecting families with tailored educational solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating content that promotes the brand, programs, and student outcomes.
  • Help manage the company’s social media profiles, including drafting captions, sourcing visuals, and scheduling posts.
  • Conduct research on competitor social media presence and brand positioning.
  • Support content calendar development.
  • Assist with company collateral, sales enablement materials, and other assets.
  • Contribute to the development and production of the company newsletter.
  • Organize and maintain the team’s photo library, including tagging, categorizing, and archiving images across campuses.
  • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with enrollment goals.
  • Help coordinate timelines, assets, and inputs needed for successful campaign launches.
  • Assist with new campus openings, including content, social, and campaign materials.
  • Help track campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Work within the tech stack, including CRM, email tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate data, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Support strategic and stretch projects that strengthen the Brightmont brand.
