This full-time position at Durango Assisted Living in Durango, CO involves answering new inquiry phone calls, documenting activity in company systems, conducting home visits with prospective residents, and making direct inquiry follow-up calls. The role also includes initiating follow-up contact, conducting sales tours, engaging in community visits and networking, and scheduling appointments. The assistant will complete required reports, communicate sales progress to management, and collaborate with the Administrator and other departments to attract potential residents. Maintaining knowledge of state regulations in the Health Care System is also a key aspect of the role. Evenings and weekends are required, along with other assigned duties.
