About The Position

eTelligent Group (eTel), a federal IT solutions and services company with a strong foothold at the IRS and a recent long-term prime contract win at NIH, is seeking a hunter-focused Sales and Business Development Manager to lead growth into new US federal agencies and expand existing business. eTel’s areas of expertise include API integration, Identity and Access Management (IAM/ICAM), Zero Trust, and secure modernization. The first-year goals are to build $20 million in qualified pipeline across at least three new agencies beyond IRS and NIH and establish active relationships at two to three new agencies. The position is based at eTel’s Herndon, Virginia headquarters, is in person with customers and partners regularly, and is limited to candidates already living in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area.
