About The Position

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Sales Advocate for its Fairmont, West Virginia location. Sales Advocates help customers find suitable solutions for their needs, provide professional and courteous service, and support store operations. The role offers commission-based earning potential and training, with a career path that can provide opportunities for advancement into leadership. Employees may occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities for Cricket Wireless. These events support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth. Employees will receive reasonable notice, and participation is a condition of employment. Event duties may include engaging with customers, representing Cricket products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown. The position is listed as full-time/part-time, with a salary range of $25,000–$50,000 per year plus commission. Candidates must be able to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the location.
Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking, and stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions to completion, and solve problems under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
A strong social media presence is preferred.
