About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to deliver excellent service to customers at its Ridgedale Center location. Advisors contribute to the success of the company through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. The role involves representing Warby Parker’s values and brand, helping customers find products and style choices, and creating a positive glasses-shopping experience. Advisors also support their team and help foster an inclusive culture.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
