About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to deliver excellent service to customers at its retail locations. Sales Advisors represent the company’s values and brand philosophy, help make glasses shopping an enjoyable experience, and contribute to store success through customer interactions, process improvement ideas, and special projects. The role involves supporting customers and teammates while helping foster an inclusive retail environment.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
