About The Position

Chappell Tractor is seeking a reliable Sales Administrator to provide support to its sales department. The role works with customers and sales staff to verify customer information, submit credit applications, issue invoices and warranty documents, and complete purchase transactions. Requirements

Previous experience in dealership finance, automotive or equipment sales financing, banking, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of financing, credit applications, and loan processing.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and dealership finance software.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and sales staff with finance applications and collect required documentation.
Submit credit applications to lenders and work with financial institutions to secure financing approvals.
Prepare and review sales contracts, bills of sale, loan agreements, and related documents for accuracy.
Explain financing terms, payment structures, and warranty options to customers.
Ensure finance paperwork complies with dealership policies and regulatory requirements.
Help customers finalize transactions and complete required purchase paperwork.
Maintain lender relationships and stay informed about financing programs and promotions.
Assist with titling and registration processes as needed.
Support sales staff with financing options and payment structures to help close deals.
Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation.
