Responsible for both Guest and Host Safety through routine patrols, comprehensive investigations, and thorough report writing. The Safety and Security Manager role coordinates Security Supervisors and Security Officers day to day operations. Responsible for maintaining department standards with supervisors and line-level Hosts. The Safety and Security Manager role requires extensive knowledge of departmental policy and procedures, operations, and a thorough knowledge of the Hawaii Guard Card laws. The Manager will ensure the department's roles and responsibilities are carried out by assigned members. The Manager will ensure all weekly, monthly, and yearly audits are being performed and support the General Manager and/or Resort Manager in any assigned duties regarding operations.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of departmental policy and procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge of departmental operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Hawaii Guard Card laws.

Responsibilities
