Runner - Shipping Department
About The Position
The Pharmacy Hub is seeking a reliable, fast-moving Runner to support its Shipping team at its Davie and Miami Gardens, Florida locations. The Runner helps keep shipping operations running smoothly by stocking workstations, maintaining the flow of materials, and helping the team meet daily shipping deadlines. The position works closely with Shippers and Shipping Supervisors in a fast-paced warehouse environment with shifting priorities. The role is full-time, five days per week, Monday through Sunday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Employees must be available to work any shift in that window and at both locations according to the set schedule; employees cannot choose a location. Pay is $16–$17 per hour, starting at $16 per hour. The Pharmacy Hub describes this as an opportunity for someone early in a logistics career to grow within a fast-moving shipping operation. Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or shipping environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move packages or supplies, typically up to 50 pounds.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or operational environment.
- Must be available to work any shift between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., five days per week, and at both the Davie and Miami Gardens locations according to the set schedule.

Responsibilities
- Restock shipping stations with boxes, coolers, gel packs, labels, and other supplies.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety procedures.
- Communicate with Shipping Supervisors and teammates about priorities and operational needs.
- Ensure Shippers have materials available to maintain a continuous workflow.
- Follow company safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Help the team meet daily productivity, quality, and on-time shipping goals.
