About The Position

CONAM Management is seeking a full-time Roving Leasing Professional for its Arizona Region in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports multiple properties and helps achieve leasing goals, maximize occupancy, and improve resident satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include day-to-day apartment leasing operations, property tours, application processing, and renewal strategies. The position pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour and includes full benefits.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment or property leasing/management role.
Passion for helping people find an apartment home.
Goal-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage leasing, tours, paperwork, and resident needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Comfort learning or experience with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or similar systems.
Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
Availability to work weekends.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
Must pass a background check, employment verification, and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Promote apartment communities, conduct property tours, and implement outreach campaigns to drive traffic.
Manage online listings and social media to increase visibility.
Facilitate applicant screenings, prepare leases, coordinate move-ins, and maintain accurate lease documentation.
Build relationships with residents, address concerns, encourage renewals, and implement retention strategies.
Convert leads into leases, meet leasing goals, and generate prospects through events and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records, assist with reporting, and support the Community Manager with lease renewals, resident files, and regulatory compliance.
Drive locally for business purposes related to property management.
