About The Position

Bozzuto is hiring a Roving Leasing Consultant to support a portfolio of properties in Southern Connecticut, including Norwalk, Wilton, Darien, and Stamford. The role focuses on providing an excellent customer experience, helping prospective residents find a home, and building strong connections with prospects and current residents. The position also contributes to property awareness and interest through social media. The role includes working three weekends per month, with two days off during the week, and is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Travel among a portfolio of properties in Southern Connecticut, including Norwalk, Wilton, Darien, and Stamford.
• Follow up with all prospects and provide helpful, compelling information about the community and neighborhood to convert leads into community tours.
• Conduct informative, personalized apartment community tours that result in new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently excellent resident experience.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
• Work three weekends per month, with two days off during the week.
