About The Position

Bozzuto is hiring a Roving Leasing Consultant to support a portfolio of properties in St. Petersburg, Tampa, and the Greater Tampa area. The role focuses on converting prospective residents into leases through responsive follow-up, helpful information, and personalized community tours. It also contributes to a consistently positive resident experience and builds awareness and excitement through social media. The position requires travel among properties and weekend work three weekends per month, with two days off during the week. The role is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

• Conduct informative, personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
• Work three weekends per month, with two days off during the week.
