About The Position

Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring a driven, results-focused Roving Leasing Consultant to support several apartment communities across the Brooklyn Park area. This full-time, high-impact role helps maintain high occupancy, supports onsite teams, and provides coverage where needed. The consultant will travel between Eden Park, The Fountains in the Park, Les Chateaux, Sterling Square, West Broadway, and Windsor Gates. The schedule is either 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., depending on the property. Compensation is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus leasing commission and benefits. Pre-employment drug and criminal background screening is required; THC is not tested.

Requirements

At least 2 years of multifamily leasing experience.
Proven ability to close leases and drive occupancy.
Knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing compliance standards.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and perform in new environments.
Pre-employment drug and criminal background screening is required; THC is not tested.

Nice To Haves

Experience with property management software; YARDI is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lease apartments and drive occupancy across multiple communities.
Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and close leases.
Manage applications, lease paperwork, and move-ins.
Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents throughout their tenancy.
Keep model apartments and show units ready for tours.
Track traffic, market trends, and competitor activity.
Maintain physical and digital resident files in YARDI.
Support marketing and outreach efforts.
Provide support to communities during high-demand periods.
