About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Lubbock, Texas. The role involves assisting prospective and current tenants, conducting property tours, leasing apartments, preparing leasing documents, supporting marketing and community outreach, and maintaining relationships with residents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with varying Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with eligibility for Monarch’s commission structure. Employment is subject to pre-employment criminal background and drug screenings.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service.
Good computer skills and the ability to navigate various software programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants.
Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities.
Lease vacant apartments to new residents.
Renew leasing contracts with existing residents.
Create and facilitate leasing documentation and contracts.
Assist the property team with marketing efforts.
Participate in community outreach to increase brand awareness.
Foster and maintain relationships with on-site residents.
