About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant at Lakota Lake Apartments in West Chester, Ohio. The role involves assisting prospective residents, leasing apartments, maintaining apartment and property presentation, preparing lease documents, supporting marketing efforts, and helping maintain resident relations. Travel is required. Compensation is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with commissions of up to $100 for new lease signings. The position requires a background investigation, including a criminal check, and a drug screen; the company states that it does not check for THC.

Requirements

Good computer skills and ability to navigate software.
Enthusiasm when engaging with prospective and current residents.
Ability to complete the required background investigation, including a criminal check, and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective residents who visit the community.
Ensure model and target apartments are in acceptable condition for showings.
Monitor the property's curb appeal.
Create lease documents and facilitate required signatures.
Maintain and update the Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
Conduct daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach.
Assist the Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program.
Travel as required.
