About The Position

Adara Communities is hiring an experienced, energetic Apartment Leasing Consultant to serve as a welcoming representative of the community and help drive leasing success. The consultant guides prospects from their first interaction through move-in, matches them with suitable apartments, and provides excellent service to prospects and residents. The role also supports community engagement, resident events, social media content, and day-to-day property operations in partnership with the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager.

Requirements

At least 1 year of conventional apartment leasing experience.
Strong sales and leasing skills, with a proven ability to close.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive, adaptable approach and polished, professional presence.
Schedule flexibility, including required weekend availability.
Stable work history.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Social media or marketing content creation experience is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Welcome, qualify, tour, and close prospects.
Match prospects with the right apartment homes to drive occupancy.
Verify applications, complete leasing paperwork, and maintain accurate documentation.
Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents.
Generate new traffic through outreach, relationship-building, and community engagement.
Host resident events and build community connections.
Create engaging social media content to increase interest and traffic.
Partner with the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager on day-to-day operations.
Represent the community with warmth, professionalism, and pride.
