About The Position
Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant for Oakwood Village Apartments in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The Leasing Consultant welcomes prospective residents, assists them with apartment leasing, and supports the community’s marketing, presentation, and resident-relations efforts. The role pays $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with up to $100 in commission for new lease signings, and includes benefits for full-time employees.
Requirements
- Good computer skills and ability to navigate software.
- Enthusiastic engagement with prospective and current residents.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, assist them, and lease apartments to those visiting the community.
- Ensure model and target apartments are presentable for showings and maintain awareness of the property’s curb appeal.
- Prepare lease documents and facilitate required signatures from all parties.
- Maintain and update the Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
- Conduct daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach.
- Assist the Assistant Property Manager with building and maintaining a resident relations program.
