About The Position
Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant for Oakwood Village Apartments in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The role involves welcoming prospective residents, showing apartments, preparing lease documents, supporting daily marketing, and helping maintain resident relations. Pay is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with up to $100 in commission for new lease signings.
Requirements
- Good computer skills and the ability to navigate software.
- Enthusiasm when engaging with prospective and current residents.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, assist them, and lease apartments to those who visit the community.
- Ensure model and target apartments are presentable for showings and monitor the property's curb appeal.
- Create lease documents and facilitate obtaining required signatures from all parties.
- Maintain and update the Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
- Conduct daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach.
- Assist the Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program.
