The Roving Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant) travels among a portfolio of properties in Philadelphia. The role focuses on converting prospective residents into leases through timely follow-up, informative communications, and personalized community tours. It also supports resident experience and brand awareness through service and social media. The position requires working three weekends per month, with two days off during the week. It is eligible for additional bonus opportunities. The stated salary range is $56,000–$57,000 USD.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Travel among a portfolio of properties within Philadelphia.
• Follow up with prospects and provide helpful, compelling information about the community and neighborhood to convert leads into community tours.
• Conduct informative, personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
