About The Position

Bozzuto is hiring a Roving Leasing Consultant to support a portfolio of properties in St. Petersburg, Tampa, and the Greater Tampa area. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional experience to prospective and current residents, converting leads into leases, and building community awareness and brand loyalty. The position involves traveling among properties and working three weekends per month, with two days off during the week. It is eligible for additional bonus opportunities and offers a salary range of $47,000–$49,000 USD.

Responsibilities

• Travel among a portfolio of properties in St. Petersburg, Tampa, and the Greater Tampa area.
• Follow up with prospects and provide helpful, compelling information about the community and neighborhood to convert leads into community tours.
• Conduct informative, personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently strong resident experience.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
• Work three weekends per month, when prospective residents are looking for a new home, with two days off during the week.
