About The Position

Bozzuto is hiring a Roving Leasing Consultant, also described as a Roving Sales & Marketing Associate, to support a portfolio of properties in Philadelphia. The role focuses on connecting prospective residents with communities, providing an excellent resident experience, and promoting the communities through social media. The position requires travel among properties in the portfolio and work on three weekends per month, with two days off during the week. The stated salary range is $56,000–$57,000 USD. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Travel among a portfolio of properties within Philadelphia.
• Follow up with prospects and provide helpful, compelling information about the community and neighborhood to convert leads into community tours.
• Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
• Work three weekends per month, when prospective residents are looking for a new home, with two days off during the week.
