About The Position

Nolan Living is hiring a Roving Leasing Agent to provide support across its portfolio, with travel of up to 100% and rotation assignments that may require little notice. Based in Overland Park, Kansas, the role helps communities cover open positions, which may involve different office and site responsibilities depending on the property. The position pays up to $60,000 based on experience, plus commission and bonuses. It is full-time, exempt, 40 hours per week, with work Monday through Saturday as needed. The agent supports property operations by collecting rent, entering pending-item data, arranging make-ready work, and coordinating vendor needs. They guide prospective residents through tours and the leasing process through move-in, respond professionally to resident concerns, and prepare for move-ins by administering new leases and inspecting units to ensure they meet Nolan standards and are ready for incoming residents. Work is performed in a professional office environment, with minimal physical effort or exposure to risk. A valid U.S. driver's license is required. Requirements

At least 2 years of leasing or multifamily experience as a leasing manager, assistant manager, or property manager.
Willingness and flexibility to travel on a rotation schedule, sometimes with little notice.
Ability to work as a self-starter, solve problems, and work without direction.
Yardi Voyager experience.
Ability to develop proficiency with software such as Excel, Yardi, and Word.
Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

Travel throughout the portfolio on a rotation schedule to provide coverage for open positions at communities.
Collect rent and enter data for pending items.
Schedule make-ready needs and coordinate vendor needs.
Guide prospective residents through the leasing experience, from tours through move-in.
Address resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare for resident move-ins by administering new leases, walking move-ins, and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and are ready for new residents.
