About The Position

Nolan Living is hiring a Roving Leasing Agent to travel throughout its portfolio and provide coverage for open positions at its communities. Duties may span different office and site roles, and property unit counts vary. The role supports leasing and community operations, including rent collection, data entry for pending items, scheduling make-ready needs, and coordinating vendors. The agent guides prospective residents through the leasing process from tours to move-in, responds to resident concerns professionally and promptly, and prepares for resident move-ins by administering new leases, walking move-ins, and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and are ready for new residents. This is a full-time, exempt position requiring 40 hours per week, with work Monday through Saturday as needed. Travel is required on a rotation schedule and may be requested with little notice. Work is performed in a professional office environment, with minimal physical effort or exposure to risk. The position is based in Overland Park, Kansas, and pays up to $60,000 per year based on experience, plus commission and bonus.

Requirements

Willingness to travel on a rotation schedule, sometimes with little notice, and flexibility to do so.
At least 2 years of experience in leasing or multifamily housing as a leasing manager, assistant manager, or property manager.
Self-starter with the ability to problem-solve and work without direction.
Yardi Voyager experience.
Ability to develop proficiency in software such as Excel, Yardi, and Word.
Valid U.S. driver's license.
Must complete a background check, credit check, and E-Verify.
