The Roving Leasing Consultant travels among a portfolio of properties in Southern Connecticut, including Norwalk, Wilton, Darien, and Stamford. The role focuses on connecting with prospective residents, conducting personalized community tours, converting prospects into leases, supporting resident satisfaction, and creating engaging social media content. The position works three weekends per month, with two days off during the week, and is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Requirements

Customer-focused mentality.

Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion for creating and delivering engaging, distinctive content.
Sharp professional appearance.

Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.

Responsibilities

Travel among a portfolio of properties in Southern Connecticut, including Norwalk, Wilton, Darien, and Stamford.
Follow up with prospects and provide helpful, compelling information about the community and neighborhood to convert leads into community tours.
Conduct informative, personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar.
Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
Work three weekends per month, with two days off during the week.
