About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Roving Leasing Consultant to assist apartment communities in the Williston, North Dakota region. The role involves welcoming and assisting prospective residents, leasing apartments, preparing units for showings, completing lease documents, supporting marketing and resident-relations efforts, and helping maintain the property's presentation and records. The position pays $19–$22 per hour, with commission potential of up to $100 per new lease. Saturdays are required.

Requirements

Good computer skills and ability to navigate software.
Enthusiastic engagement with prospective and current residents.
Valid driver's license.
Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background and drug screenings.

Nice To Haves

Preferably one year of experience in leasing or property management.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective residents and lease apartments to them.
Ensure model and target apartments are presentable for showings.
Be available to work Saturdays.
Monitor the property's curb appeal.
Create lease documents and facilitate required signatures.
Maintain and update the Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
Conduct daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach.
Assist the Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program.
