About The Position

Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring a full-time Roving Leasing Consultant to provide leasing support across several apartment communities in the Brooklyn Park area: Eden Park, The Fountains in the Park, Les Chateaux, Sterling Square, West Broadway, and Windsor Gates. The role focuses on maintaining high occupancy, supporting onsite teams, and providing coverage where needed. The schedule is either 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., depending on the property. Compensation is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus eligibility for leasing commissions and benefits. The consultant leases apartments, guides prospects through the application and move-in process, supports renewals and resident retention, and helps maintain resident relationships. They also keep model and show apartments ready for tours, track traffic and market activity, maintain physical and digital resident files in YARDI, assist with marketing and outreach, and step in to support communities during high-demand periods. Pre-employment drug and criminal background screening is required; the employer states that it does not test for THC.

Requirements

At least 2 years of multifamily leasing experience.
Proven ability to close leases and drive occupancy.
Knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing compliance standards.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and perform in new environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience with property management software; YARDI is preferred.
Tech-savviness.

Responsibilities

Lease apartments and drive occupancy across multiple communities.
Greet prospects, conduct tours, and close leases.
Manage applications, lease paperwork, and move-ins.
Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
Maintain strong relationships with residents throughout their tenancy.
Ensure model apartments and show units are ready for tours.
