About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a dynamic, professional Roving Leasing Agent to support apartment communities in the Williston, North Dakota region. The role pays $19–$22 per hour and offers leasing bonuses of up to $100 per new lease. The company manages more than 80,000 apartment units in 26 states.

The Roving Leasing Consultant welcomes and assists prospective residents, leases apartments, prepares lease documents, supports property marketing and resident relations, and helps ensure apartments and the property are ready to show. Availability on Saturdays is required.

Requirements

• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate software.
• Ability to engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably one year of experience in leasing or property management.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective residents visiting the community.
• Ensure model and target apartments are acceptable for showing.
• Remain aware of the property's curb appeal.
• Create lease documents and facilitate signatures from all required parties.
• Maintain and update the Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
• Conduct daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach.
• Assist the Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program.
