About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Leasing Consultant for its Ashton Pointe Apartments team in Lubbock, Texas. The role is full-time and on-site at the apartment community. The Leasing Consultant provides service to prospective and current residents, leases available apartments, supports marketing and community outreach, and helps maintain positive relationships with residents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with varying Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with eligibility for Monarch's commission structure. Pre-employment screening includes a criminal background check and drug screening.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service.
Good computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants.
Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities.
Lease vacant apartments to new residents.
Renew leasing contracts with existing residents.
Create and facilitate leasing documentation and contracts.
Assist the property team with marketing efforts.
Participate in community outreach to build brand awareness.
Foster and maintain relationships with on-site residents.
